Shipping policy

Where we ship
Every order ships from our studio in Wake Forest, North Carolina, to the countries available at checkout.

Processing time
Orders ship within 2–3 business days. Limited runs and pre-orders ship on the date shown on the product page.

Carrier and delivery
All orders ship with USPS. Delivery time depends on the USPS service and destination shown at checkout. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the studio.

Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout.

International orders
Orders shipped outside the United States may owe customs duties and import taxes. These are paid by the buyer and aren't included in our prices or shipping charges.

Lost or stuck packages
If tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your package shows delivered but you don't have it, email support@preztin.com with your order number and we'll file a claim with USPS.
