Returns
You have 21 days from delivery to request a return.
- Games: Something's Brewing and other games must be unopened, with the shrink wrap intact and all components sealed as shipped.
- 3D-printed toys: must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Not returnable: opened or played games, sale items, gift cards, and custom or personalized orders.
To start a return, email support@preztin.com with your order number. Please don't mail anything back until we reply. We'll send instructions, and items sent without an approved return can't be accepted. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong. Please ship returns with USPS.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or wrong, email support@preztin.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you at no cost, including return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to say whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it. If 15 business days pass after approval without a refund, email support@preztin.com.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have, then place a new order.
EU customers
If your order ships to the European Union, you can cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason, under the same condition rules above.
